To get started, please complete the intake form on the "Inquire" page or reach out to me via email. We will then schedule a complimentary consultation call to discuss your travel preferences and ensure I understand exactly what you're looking for.

How Do You Plan My Trip?

I will begin by crafting an initial itinerary based on the details discussed during our intake call. Using my extensive research and personal expertise, I will then gather all the necessary information to design a customized trip that aligns with your preferences. Once the initial proposal itinerary is ready, I will present it to you and work closely with you to refine and perfect every detail, ensuring your trip is exactly as you envision.

How Does Pricing Work?

Because I earn commission from the hotels I book for you, as well as select excursions and activities I recommend or arrange, there is no additional cost to you for using my services to book these parts of your trip.

If you’d like a custom, detailed itinerary created for your trip—including personalized recommendations, day-by-day planning, and expert insights—I ask for a $50 deposit before beginning the planning process.

Creating a comprehensive itinerary is time-intensive, and your deposit ensures that my time is respected. Here's how it works:

✅ If you decide to move forward with my services and I handle your bookings, the $50 deposit is refunded—because I will receive commission through the vendors.

❌ If you decide to forgo my services, and/or book your trip independently using the itinerary I’ve provided, the $50 deposit is non-refundable, as it compensates for the time spent creating your customized plan.

This system allows me to provide high-quality, personalized service while keeping the process fair and flexible for all travelers.

What Will Be Included in my Itinerary?

Your package will include a detailed, custom-designed day-to-day itinerary, tailored specifically to your preferences. In addition, I will provide access to your itinerary on the Travefy app, allowing you to stay organized and effortlessly manage your travel plans while on your trip. This personalized approach ensures that your experience is as stress-free, seamless, and enjoyable as possible.
