To get started, please complete the intake form on the "Inquire" page or reach out to me via email. We will then schedule a complimentary consultation call to discuss your travel preferences and ensure I understand exactly what you're looking for.

How Do You Plan My Trip?

I will begin by crafting an initial proposal itinerary based on the details discussed during our intake call. Using my extensive research and personal expertise, I will then gather all the necessary information to design a customized trip that aligns with your preferences. Once the initial proposal itinerary is ready, I will present it to you and work closely with you to refine and perfect every detail, ensuring your trip is exactly as you envision.

How Does Pricing Work?

Because I earn commission from the hotels I book for you, there is no additional cost to you for using my services to book these parts of your trip.

If you would like to go the full-service planning route, the process will look slightly different. After our initial intake call, I will create a customized proposal itinerary tailored to your travel style, preferences, and trip goals, including my planning fee based on the complexity of your trip. Once approved, I will charge a non-refundable 50% of the planning fee to cover the time and research involved in preparing your personalized proposal.

Your planning package includes up to two complimentary itinerary revisions to ensure everything feels just right. Additional changes beyond the included revisions may incur a small adjustment fee to account for the additional planning time required. Once all necessary changes have been made and the itinerary has been finalized, the remaining 50% of the planning fee will be collected. If after your trip you are unhappy with my services, this half of the planning fee will be refunded to you, no questions asked!

What Will Be Included in my Itinerary?

Your package will include a detailed, custom-designed day-to-day itinerary, tailored specifically to your preferences. In addition, I will provide access to your itinerary on the Travefy app, allowing you to stay organized and effortlessly manage your travel plans while on your trip. This personalized approach ensures that your experience is as stress-free, seamless, and enjoyable as possible.
