Please complete my client intake form or feel free to email me directly, and I will arrange a complimentary intake call to better understand your specific needs! If you choose either the full-service or a la carte packages, I will provide a customized quote for the planning fee, based on the complexity and duration of your trip.
The Planning Process

After our intake call, I will begin creating your custom proposal itinerary and provide your personalized planning fee based on the length and complexity of your trip. Once approved, I will require a a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total planning fee for my time, which will be collected before planning officially begins. All planning packages include up to two complimentary itinerary revisions. Additional changes may incur a small revision fee. The remainder of the planning fee will be collected once all changes have been made and the itinerary is finalized!
